Return and Refund Policy

At Martedge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval
  • It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Wrong item received

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Final sale or discounted items (if specified)

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are depending on the case
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the cost
  • For other returns, customers may be responsible for shipping charges

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible
